File Formats & Delivery Options.

  • We deliver videos in MP4 (H.264) by default, ensuring the best balance of quality and file size. Upon request, we can provide MOV (ProRes), AVI, MKV, or custom formats based on platform requirements. Resolutions include 1080p (Full HD), 4K Ultra HD, and platform-specific aspect ratios like 9:16 (vertical), 1:1 (square), or widescreen formats for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

  • We deliver files through Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or direct email (for small files). We store backups for up to 30 days, allowing you to request modifications or re-downloads within this period. For longer storage, let us know in advance.​

  • Yes, we can provide original project files (DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, etc.) upon request (extra charges may apply). We also offer multiple versions of the same video, including different aspect ratios, language variations, or shorter edits for social media and advertising.
